The following is a list of models who have appeared on the United States game show Deal or No Deal. While most of the models hold the same numbered case each week, a few of the models hold a different case number each game. All 26 models wear identical dresses and shoes, though the style is changed for each episode.

Miss USA EDition

A special edition featuring twenty-six Miss USA 2006 delegates and Miss USA 2005 Chelsea Cooley aired on April 12th, 2006 on NBC at 8PM/7PM Central. It was originally scheduled for April 14th with no episode on the 12th. The delegates replaced the 26 current models for the entire episode.

Deal's production company, Endemol USA, had also featured Miss USA delegates each year on the company's previous hit show for NBC, Fear Factor.

Ladies Night edition

On March 19, 2007, a special "Ladies' Night" edition aired with twin sisters playing for $2,000,000, in which all 26 cases were being held by male firefighters. Among those were Matthew and Martin Mullen, who were "The Southie Boys" on Treasure Hunters in 2006.
