The greatest kami in Kamigawa. It is, essentially, the manifestation of the entire spirit realm. When it manifests in the mortal realm, it takes on the appearance of a giant, multi-headed serpent. O-Kagachi was eventually brought down and replaced by his own daughter as a way to end the Kami War.(Card: )

Oliver Farrel

Icatian Priest of the Hand of Justice, depising the government’s tolerance of the Ebon Order. Agitating for a holy war, trying to overthrow the government. Broke his ties with the rest of Icatia after Trokair’s fall. He and his followers became a formidable band of vigilantes, battling Icatia and followers of Tourach. Eventually killed by Thrulls.

Oracle en-Vec

The anonymous Oracle of the Vec. After his fall from the Weatherlight Gerrard Capashen found himself amidst a gathering of the Vec on a pilgrimage through Skyshroud. The Oracle , an old woman, believed Gerrard to be a prophecized hero, the Korvecdal.

Orca

Lady Orca was a sorceress. She killed Angus Mackenzie. Seemingly made from living, boiling tar, she was also a minion of Ramses Overdark, who sent her against Tetsuo Umezawa on several occasions. She was finally defeated when Umezawa penetrated her lair and destroyed it, disrupting her essence.(Legends)

Oriel Kjeldos

The last Emerald Mage of Storgard, mythic ancestor of the Kjeldoran House. Mentor of Jason Carthalion. After the Emerald and the Pearl clans left the doomed city Storgard, their descendants founded Kjeldor. (Comics)

Orim

Healer of the Weatherlight. Orim met Hanna at the Argivian University where they studied together. She was skilled in numerous languages as well as the healing arts of the Samites, and she has served faithfully aboard the Weatherlight for many years. Highly spiritual, she believed that challenging Volrath was morally vital. On Mercadia, Orim was captured by the Cho-Arrim. Once with the Cho-Arrim she falls in love with Cho-Manno. In addition, she learned the Cho-Arrim's water magic. As the Weatherlight left again for Dominaria she was forced to say farewell to Cho-Manno. After Hanna's infection with Phyrexian Plague, Orim began to work on a cure; however, the best she was able to come up with was a preventative serum. Hanna's following death greatly upset her. She continued healing and fighting throughout the Apocalypse. Once the war was over, she asked Karn to take her back to Mercadia.

In the alternate universe of Planar Chaos, Orim's title is "Samite Inquisitor," suggesting a far less benevolent personality. (Card: ).
