The company has been selected as vendor of records (VOR) for Translation and Interpretation Services in Pan Am Toronto 2015.

History and Overview

Language Marketplace® Inc opened its doors in 2000 with its head office in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It has grown into one of the largest translation agencies in Canada, while also providing conference interpretation services and interpreters to over one thousand conferences each year. They were one of the first translation services agencies in Canada to be certified as per EN 15038 Translation Service for its European customers, as well as CGSB-131.10 2008 Translation Services Certification set out by the Canadian Standards Board.

Community

Language Marketplace is involved in a number of social and charitable programs in partnership with various organizations. Language Marketplace has been very active with ALS Canada. They were a GOLD sponsor at the Toronto Marathon in 2011, and will be again in 2012. They recently were awarded an Appreciation Plaque for their contributions to the charity.
