Kvikksølvguttene
After the cult death/thrash metal band Vomit dissolved, they evolved into the punk band Børre & Bløderne (Børre and the Bleeders).Later they tried to resurrect the band, but with another name: Kvikksølvguttene (The Quicksilver Boys.) This was a pun on the name of the famous Norwegian boy choir Sølvguttene (the Silver Boys).Kittil Kittelsen played bass in Vomit, but switched to guitar in KG, and Necrobutcher became the new bassist.Vomit and Kvikksølvgutte is assumed to be some of the first death metal bands in Norway. The band consisted of Necrobutcher,Kittil Kittilsen and Torben Grue. All of the have or still is involved with one of the worlds most controversial black metal bands, Mayhem.Necrobutcher is the only one still active in the metal scene.Kittilsen is now a christian fundamentalist, and he tries to warn people about the Norwegian black metal scene. Grue is still in the music-business, but has become a opera singer. The band released one EP and one full-length album.Ole Petter Andreassen was also involved in the band as a session guitarist.
