Kiara Garments Vietnam is a garment manufacturer based in Cát Thành township, Trực Ninh District, Nam Định Province, Vietnam. The company was established in 2016 and produces apparel for export.
History
Kiara Garments Vietnam began operations in 2016 in Nam Định Province. It is wholly owned by Capital World Group, a Vietnam-based apparel manufacturer. Local media in Nam Định reported the company’s investment and expansion plans during 2020–2022, alongside support from provincial authorities for industrial development in Trực Ninh District.
Operations
The factory is located in Phú An village, Cát Thành township, Trực Ninh District, approximately 130 km from Hanoi. Production focuses on ladies’ knit and woven apparel for export markets. The company has been cited by national media as an FDI employer in the province with a workforce of over 1,000 people as of 2024.
Workforce and labour relations
In April and June 2025, Vietnamese labour press reported adjustments to employee benefits at the Nam Định plant, including increased meal allowances and an increase to seniority allowances.
