The Kentucky/Ohio Xtreme (formerly Northern Kentucky Xtreme, locally known as simply the Xtreme) is a semi-professional American football team based in Cincinnati, United States. The 2007 inaugural season was a successful season for the Xtreme, opening with a defeat against the Fort Wayne Flyers. By the end of the season, they had won three of their last four games. The Xtreme looked to keep that momentum going as they headed into the 2008 season. Two Xtreme players made the All-Star Team in 2007: Terry Stucky (DT) James Jackson (LB).

It didn't take long for the Xtreme to rebuild their team as there were many new FACES in 2008. Mike Kirchgessner took over for Jack Patterson, Tony Bray took over for Walt Voline and Adam Long was named general manager. The Xtreme came into the season beating the Cincinnati Falcons in the "Battle of the Bridge" and then beat up on the Jackson County Black Bears (WV) 38-0. After a 7 game skid the Xtreme got back on track beating the Ohio Swarm before ending the season beating cross town rival the Kings Comets 32-0. The Xtreme would also like to congratulate Terry Stuckey, James Jackson, Rodney Stone, Victor Singleton, Vernell Elliot Jr., and Dale "Dipper" Golsby for being named to the 2009 MCFL All-Star List.
