Ken Kawan Soetanto

Ken Kawan Soetanto, also known as Chen Wen Quan, (born 1951 in Surabaya, Indonesia) is an expert on electronics, medicine, pharmacy, and education. He made a great achievement by mastering four doctoral titles on four different knowledge disciplines at four different universities in Japan. Soetanto, which has had thousands of scientific works, was considered among of Japanese leading three patent applicant. He is the first, from 125 years, man out of Japan that is employed as division head position levels at Waseda University, Japan.

Kawan Soetanto has produced 29 patents in Japan and 2 more patents in United States from interdisciplinary developments of Electronics, Medical and pharmacy. His latest Japanese accredited patent is “The Nano-Micro Bubble Contrast Agent”, the smart cure that can trace blood vessels at blood circulation system to search for cancer cells and then paralyzed and dismantle those cells. Japanese Government through The New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) give him honor as top researcher in Japan for 20 years period (1987-2007).
