Katie Sweet

Katie Sweet is an American actress from Covington, Kentucky. She was born February 8, 1956 as Katherine Marie Sweet. Katie started acting when she was barely three years old. She was discovered on Late night LA tv with Tom Duggan, where a talent producer who worked for Ozzie and Harriet was watching, and fell in love with her. Her first gig was in 1958 as one of, "The Runaways" in Ozzie and Harriet with Donald Losby.

Biography

Katie Sweet was born February 8, 1956 as Katherine Marie Sweet in Covington, Kentucky to Mary Jo and Bruce Sweet, of Cincinnati, Ohio. Her first big break was in 1958 as one of "The Runaways" in Ozzie and Harriet with Donald Losby. Soon after she appeared in many more television shows like, The Crimson Kimono, All the Fine Young Cannibals, and The New Breed, but was uncredited. She has also appeared on The Lucy Show with Lucille Ball, The Joey Bishop Show with Joey Bishop, and Hank with [...] Kallman. She appeared in four episodes of Bonanza playing Peggy Dayton, Adam Cartwright's love interests daughter. In 1962, she landed the part of Suzuki in Suzuki Bean, with Jimmy Garrett. She stopped acting at age 13. She now resides in Bend, Oregon with her husband Thomas, and daughters Rachel, and Emily. Katie Sweet also has a daughter, Madeline, who resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. Katie Sweet is now a grandma to a little girl, Claire.
