Jurinnov

JURINNOV was founded in 2000 by Timothy Opsitnick, to consult with companies, IT and legal departments on how to find evidence, recover data, and manage data.

Operations

JURINNOV's clients and operations are global, with datacenters in Germany, Canada and the United States with a Network Operations Center in Cleveland, Ohio. JURINNOV has offices in Cleveland, Ohio and Washington, DC. JURINNOV combines technical expertise with a knowledge of the law and the legal interpretation of today's regulatory environment.

Cybersecurity

JURINNOV serves as the virtual CSO (Chief Security Officer) for companies that may not be able to afford or have the need for a full-time security executive and performs penetration testing.

Computer Forensics

JURINNOV's forensics services investigate the theft of intellectual property using forensic tools and testify in court if necessary.

Electronic Discovery

JURINNOV's eDiscovery services include consulting to acquire electronic data and hosting of electronic data via cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. JURINNOV uses software such as Ringtail, Viewpoint, and Venio to host client files. JURINNOV was one of the first firms to use predictive coding in the litigation review efforts of the 2012 case of Global Aerospace Inc. v. Landow Aviation LP.

Litigation Document Review

JURINNOV's litigation document review services include Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions such as Ringtail Legal, Venio and Viewpoint.
