Journey to the Emerald City is the second book in a three-part series of management books by Tom Smith and Roger Connors based on The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. The first book in the series is The Oz Principle and the third book is How Did That Happen?
Journey to the Emerald City shows the reader how to build a corporate culture that assumes accountability and achieves the desired results, and each chapter of the book begins with a quote from The Wizard of Oz.
