Jo Hart
Jo Hart (born 20 August) is an English actress born in Redhill, Surrey.
Early Life
Hart attended St Bedes School. She was also part of the youth theatre group at The Miller Centre Theatre Company throughout her childhood. Her first stage production with The Miller Centre was in 1991 when she played the role of Baby Bear in Goldilocks and the Three Bears age ten. Through The Miller Centre Hart spent two summers performing at the Minack Theatre in Twelfth Night (2001) and Beauty and the Beast (2004). Hart went on to study English Literature and Acting at Aberystwyth University where she attained her Bachelor of Arts degree.
Career
Hart's first TV appearance came in 2014 where she played the victim in a reconstruction for television series The Nightmare Neighbour Next Door broadcast on Channel 5 (UK).
In 2015 Hart played the lead role of Becky in British feature film Something Happens Here. In the same year she appeared in a UK advertisement for Marmite alongside Dean Gaffney
In 2016 Hart was cast as the protagonist in global advertisement for BBC World Service Later that year she filmed a co-lead in the role of MI5 Agent Alex Fletcher in Welsh feature film The Conspiracy of Dark Falls Hart's career in Independent film began to flourish with roles in The 95th, The Wait For Midnight Thirteen alongside Harry Eden and Chasing Ghosts. Hart continues to work on stage, notably playing the title role in Snow White, an alternative to London's traditional West End pantomimes, performed in a spiegeltent as part of the Winterville festival in Victoria Park, London.
Hart performed alongside Andrew Garfield in short film Hug it Out for Los Angeles based Youth Mentoring (2016).
