Jenna Elizabeth
Jenna Elizabeth is an American filmmaker. Granddaughter of Woody Herman’s critically acclaimed jazz drummer Chuck Flores, Jenna gravitated to an unusual relationship with film and music.
For two years she worked at Lowry Digital studios in Burbank in the area of film restoration. At Lowry Digital, Jenna personally restored many classics such as “The James Bond Collection”.
There after, she moved to London, England and worked with distribution company Momentum Pictures.
In 2007, upon moving to New York, Jenna collaborated with photographer Terry Richardson, where the two shot each other’s portraits. Jenna is currently shooting her SHOT IN THE DARK collection. The series explores the relationship between light and movement in online portals of still photography and film. It currently stars the following people: Waris Ahluwalia (“Darjeeling Limited”, “Life Aquatic”), Reeve Carney (“Snow Falling on Cedars” “Julie Taymor’s The Tempest”), Jake Hoffman, Harper Simon, and Victoria’s Secret model Ginta Lapina.
Recently, Jenna wrote and directed a film titled THE THIRD DEGREE starring Brady Corbet (FUNNY GAMES, MYSTERIOUS SKIN, THIRTEEN) and original scoring by Grammy Award winning producer David Kahne (Paul McCartney, The Strokes). The film will be making the festival circuit this year.
