Jean Pierre Sfeir

Jean Pierre Sfeir (born 3 December 1990) is a Lebanese business executive, tax professional, and financial strategist. He is the founder and chief executive officer of FACT Advisors, a financial and tax advisory firm.

Sfeir early work included roles at Shtrumph Head Office (2010), Banque du Liban (2011), and Mady & Co (2011). He joined Bassil Audit Firm in Jounieh, Lebanon, as an accountant in 2012, where he managed financial reporting and tax compliance for multiple companies. In addition, Sfeir enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service

From 2014 to 2018, he served as Chief Accountant and later Senior Accountant at La Roche Benin in Cotonou, Benin, overseeing finance, tax, treasury, and audit functions.

Between 2018 and 2020, Sfeir worked in Lebanon as Director of Finance at Kedemos Education. During the same period, he was also Managing Partner of Sfeir Real Estate and Financial Services, a privately held real estate and financial advisory business.

In 2021, Sfeir joined H&R Block in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Master Tax Advisor, advising clients on tax strategies, compliance, and audit support until 2024.

In September 2022, he was appointed Director of Finance at Growth Holdings LLC, a Las Vegas–based company, where he led long-term financial planning, budget strategy, and investor relations.

Sfeir founded FACT Advisors in 2023 in Las Vegas and later expanded its presence to the Beverly Hills, California. The firm provides services in finance, accounting, tax, and cryptocurrency advisory. As CEO, Sfeir leads financial operations for over 80 companies across industries, including technology, real estate, hospitality, construction, entertainment, and investment.

In addition, Sfeir has secured more than $300 million in funding for business and investment projects. He has also been involved in the financial planning of the first AI-powered hotel in Las Vegas.

Sfeir is a licensed member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), and is also affiliated with the Vegas Chamber of Commerce as well as winning a 2025 Global Recognition Award through his firm, Fact Advisors.
