Jayson Minard

Jayson Minard was involved in or related to these technology products or innovations:

  • Part of the Force team developing the Force Xbase compiler, the first natively compiled and statically typed Xbase language.
  • Lead of the NavCIS team that created WYSIWYG e-mail and WYSIWYG forum messaging in the early 1990s (on CompuServe).
  • Created the concept for, and participated in developing the JBuilder product at Borland.
  • Involved in creation of early Java specifications such as JavaBeans and JDBC.
  • Received the patent for class and source navigational development environments which most modern IDEs (Integrated Development Environment) are based upon.

  • Zend Technologies as lead for the Zend Framework and creator and Editor in Chief for the Zend Developer Zone.
