Irish Woodsball League

The Irish Woodsball League (IWL) is a woodsball league held in Ireland. The IWL was founded in 2010 to accommodate the ever growing sport of woodsball in Ireland. Teams play over four legs using a seven man format. Registration was open to any team comprising of seven players or more (capped at 12 players) and was governed by a full set of rules.

Sponsorship

The IWL and its teams have attracted sponsorship from several manufacturers and distributors of paintball equipment. Airdrop Paintball, Irish paintball supply and Just Paintball.

Venues

2011: Battlebridge in Carrick on Shannon, Spec Ops in Borris, Co. Carlow and Rapid Fire in Maganey, Co. Kildare.

2010: Battlebridge in Carrick on Shannon, County Roscommon and Frontier paintball in Bray, County Wicklow
