Canadian Xtreme Paintball League
The Canadian Xtreme Paintball League is the top professional X-Ball league in Canada. It contains three conferences:
- Eastern which consists of Quebec, and the Maritimes
- Central which consists of just Ontario
- Western which consists of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
Players are not required to live within these BOUNDARIES to play in a conference, and all five events for each conference are held in those boundaries.
There are four divisions of play in the Canadian Xtreme Paintball League: CXBL, MXL, RXL and CX4.

In each conference there are a total of eight franchised CXBL teams, eight franchised MXL teams, eight franchised RXL teams, and 15 franchised CX4 teams.

Every year the top two teams in each conference, with the total of six teams battle it out to see who is the best CXBL team in Canada.
