iCan Benefit is an insurance brokerage firm that provides access to health care plans and lifestyle benefits through enrollment in a nonprofit organization called the Health Care Credit Union Association (HCCUA). The company was represented by Billy Mays from May of 2008 until his death in June of 2009. Mays referred to iCan's insurance product as "the most important product I've ever endorsed." He also featured iCan Benefit on his Discovery Channel show Pitchmen, just prior to his death.

The plans offered by iCan, and pitched by Billy Mays until his death, are often referred to as mini medical plans, a type of limited benefit health insurance for those who can't afford major medical insurance or have been turned down because of preexisting health conditions. The plans have low premiums, but they also have limited coverage - a trade-off which has prompted some debate regarding their value.

iCan Benefit is a part of the iCan Group, a family of companies in the fields of health insurance, marketing, and medical bill advocacy.
