Holly Ramsay Peaty

Holly Anna Ramsay Peaty ( Ramsay; born 31 December 1999) is an English model, podcaster, media personality, and mental health advocate. She is the second child and daughter of celebrity chef Gordon and cookbook Author Tana Ramsay, and the wife of swimmer Adam Peaty.

Early life

Holly Anna Ramsay was born in London on New Year's Eve on 31 December 1999 as the second child of celebrity chef Gordon James Ramsay and cookbook author Cayetana Elizabeth "Tana" Hutcheson. Her five sibilings are Megan, her fraternal twin brother Jack, Tilly, Oscar, and Jesse.

Mental health

Ramsay has talked about her mental health. In 2021, she revealed that following two [...] assaults in 2018, she developed PTSD, anxiety, and depression, which lead to a three month inpatient stay at Nightingale Hospital in London.

Ramsay also revealed that she was an alcoholic and that she hit "rock bottom" in 2020, deciding to quit drinking alchol to priortise her mental health. In December 2021, Ramsay revealed that she has been sober for a year and has said that despite finding it lonely at times, her sobriety has helped her feel more present and in control of herself.

Relationship

Ramsay met swimmer Adam Peaty in Nottingham in 2021, and they both started dating in June 2023. In September 2024, Ramsay and Peaty announced their engagement, and they were married at Bath Abbey on 27 December 2025, a day before Peaty's 31st birthday.
