History

Hiya Health was founded in 2020 by Darren Litt and Adam Gillman, focused on children's supplements. In December 2024, Hiya Health was acquired by USANA Health Sciences, which purchased a controlling stake in the company for approximately $205 million. At the time of the acquisition, the company reported over 200,000 customers and more than $100 million in annual revenue.

In 2026, the company expanded its product line with the introduction of a fiber supplement for children.
