Henrietta Ambulance
Henrietta Ambulance is an independent, not-for-profit incorporated, certified NYS ALS Ambulance Service. Primary coverage consists of the town of Henrietta, with first-due ALS coverage provided to RIT, and Rush. At the request of the Monroe County OEC (County 911 and EMS dispatchers), Henrietta Ambulances or fly cars will respond anywhere in the county.

Organizational structure
Henrietta Ambulance is governed by a twelve person board of directors, elected by the volunteer membership. Operational leadership is provided by a full-time Chief, who is assisted by ten other members of the operations staff. The operations staff is responsible for ambulance operation and upkeep, including vehicle maintenance, equipment stocks, and other various responsibilities.
Awards/Recognition
In 2009 Henrietta Ambulance was awarded "Agency of the Year" by the Monroe-Livingston EMS Council.
