Heartland Bighorn

Bighorn is a full profile 5th wheel that is built for extended stay or full time camping. It joins HEARTLAND RVs full profile 5th wheel class that includes the Landmark, Big Country, ElkRidge, Cyclone, and Road Warrior.

Bighorn was introduced by Heartland RV’s in December of 2004 with the first model being the 2006 model. Within 5 model years the Bighorn has become the #3 selling 5th wheel in the U.S. (the #2 full profile 5th wheel).

Model Specifications

The Bighorn 5th wheel is a full profile product that fits the full time or extended user’s needs. The product is fully laminated (sidewalls, roof, floor). Bighorn is fully self sustainable and features fresh, gray and black holding tanks, L.P. furnace and oven/cooktop, a refrigerator that works off of 110 ac or L.P. gas and a 1 piece fiberglass shower and porcelain commode. Models may feature a stackable washer and dryer area in the front wardrobe.

The Bighorn brand was launched in November of 2004. The first floorplan was the 3200RL (double slide) followed by the 3500RL (triple slide). Today, Bighorn is the #3 selling 5th Wheel in the United States according to retail registration data compiled by Statistical Surveys. Bighorn has 12 floorplans. Each floorplan has anywhere between 2-5 slide rooms.
