Harden is a character at HBO drama Oz played by Stephen Love.

Character Overview

Prisoner 91H481, Harden.

A background inmate, Harden can be seen with the Christians, normally with Samuel Gougeon, Vincent and Schirner, following William Cudney on his attempt to make the inmates stop watching Miss Sally's Schoolyard. Later, Harden is seen as one of the members of Jeremiah Cloutier's flock.

Season 1

Living in Emerald City, Harden can be seen injured and vandalizing during the riot.

Season 2

He only makes background appearances on Emerald City.

Season 3

Harden, alongside with the other Christians, helps William Cudney to block the TVs while Miss Sally's Schoolyard is being watched by the inmates. Angry, the inmates called them "The God Patrol". Due the tension, Emerald City was lockdown for some minutes.

Season 4, part I

Alongside with Samuel Gougeon and Schirner, Harden is transferred out of Emerald City by Martin Querns and Simon Adebisi.

Season 4, part II

With Adebisi and Querns's reign over, Harden was able to back to Emerald City and follow Reverend Cloutier. Augustus Hill must do something with Supreme Allah before he kill Burr Redding. Hill pays Harden, who works in the hospital ward, to steal Supreme's medical records. Harden did it and Hill discovered Supreme's allergy to eggs.

Harden can be seen with Gougeon and the other Christians.
