Gregory Sichenzia
Gregory Sichenzia ( Born May 21, 1962) is a Wall Street securities lawyer and founding partner of Sichenzia Ross Freidman Ference LLP (1998). Based in New York, New York, Sichenzia specializes in all securities matters, including advising corporations on public offerings, Private Investment in Public Entities (PIPES) deals and international reverse merger transactions.
Since 2001, Sichenzia and his firm have completed over 300 PIPE transactions for publicly traded companies, totaling approximately $1.5 billion.
