GoYin, LLC, an international network marketing company based in American Fork, Utah, was founded in 2006. Its sole product is a multi-superfruit and herb beverage called GoYin that is promoted as a Traditional Chinese Medicine dietary supplement. The Blend is made using a proprietary formula containing an unspecified amount of Euphoria longan, cili, durian, gac, seabuckthorn, lycium or goji berries, lychee, and mangosteen along with several important herbs. According to the GoYin web site, "...{GoYin} is a functional drink that combines the collective goodness of superfruits and herbs in a patent-pending formula rooted in Traditional Asian Medicine (TAM)... and is the first company to base a nutritional drink on both ancient wisdom and [...]-edge science."

Privately held and founded in April, 2006, GoYin, LLC sells GoYin, a drink made from a Traditional Chinese Medicine formula containing a BLEND of 20 superfruits, fruits, and herbs. The company uses a network marketing structure called the MultiFlex Compensation Plan.

GoYin, LLC operates in a Multi-level Marketing format, meaning that the distributors of the product are linked in a hierarchy (called "downlines") that gives everyone linked above any particular distributor a portion of that distributor's sales commission. Typical MLM structure allows the people at the top of the distribution chain to make inordinate amounts of money, while those at the lower rungs (the vast majority) lose money. However, Goyin, LLC is not a typical MLM. Everyone is making the same for the same amount of work. It also allows the business to operate even if no one ever consumes the juice; distributors are simply required to purchase a set amount to get started at a moderate price and can then just keep it in their garage or basement as they recruit more distributors to add to their downline.
