Glindix

Glindix was a Techno side project of Ambient artist David Rapp from Savannah, Georgia. Heavily influenced by Lo-Fi artists and labels such as Praxis and Rephlex, the heart of the Glindix sound was distorted drum machines and ridiculously heavy basslines.

Biography

Glindix began in London, England with two Drum Machines and a few Distortion Pedals, and made its first appearance in CD format in the USA with Fish Fur Records in Savannah, Georgia. Glindix ended with a double CD Compilation of greatest hits entitled Crash Landings on the Runway of Life which was a retrospective of several EP's and two full lengths released by The Labyrinth of Black Suns record label.
