Malkani has held several roles in sales, marketing, and business development across different industries. Earlier in her career, she worked with the Accad Group of Companies, where she managed sales operations for companies within the group, including Auto Parts Limited and Universal Motors Limited.

She later served as Sales and Contracts Manager for automotive brands such as Nissan, Volkswagen, and Porsche. She also worked as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for PHC Motors. Subsequently, Malkani became Head of Business Development at Wellness Labs, where her work focused on healthcare and diagnostic equipment services.

Springfield Exploration and Production

Malkani later joined Springfield Exploration and Production Limited, an upstream oil and gas company based in Ghana. She currently serves as Director and Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees operational coordination and the application of company resources to support corporate objectives.
