GDays

G|Days is a community-organized conference with the mission of building an ecosystem of top developers, businesses / decision makers and students in some of the most EXCITING emerging countries. The g|day events are an opportunity for businesses and web developers to learn more AbOUT Google products and the opportunities that are available online.

Structure

The events which are mainly categorized into two parts, The Developers and Business Days. These take place for more than a day depending on the organizing country. The developers day is mainly organized by the local Google office in collaboration with the Google Developers Group (GDG) while the business day is mainly in collaboration with the Google Business Group (GBG)

The Developer or Technology Day(s) focuses on most popular developer products and tools - Android, Chrome, App Engine, Maps, Webmaster Tools, etc. Google engineers will mostly guide participants through a full day of in-depth, hands-on sessions, including code labs dedicated to [...]-edge web and mobile technologies. The Business Day(s) has several tracks for Businesses, Marketers, Publishers and Content Owners - allowing them access to the information they need. The goal is to help spur innovation and business growth through the formation of a digital strategy with tools like AdWords, AdSense, YouTube and Analytics.
