Gary Zaremba
Gary Zaremba is an American restoration architect, property manager, businessman and workshop faciliator.
He is the president of two businesses: Pepzee Realty, a property management company based in Dayton, Ohio, and Artisan Restoration Group, a building restoration company based in New York City, New York. According to his company biography, Zaremba holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Emerson College and a master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
Zaremba is a known member of the ManKind Project and has been interviewed on CBS's Backstage Live as "a facilitator for men's workshops and groups." He also facilitates small group seminars and large workshops on the "emotional side of money," and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and The Today Show.
He has received press attention for his purchases of several lighthouses in the United States, including the Lubec Channel Lighthouse in Maine, the Cleveland Harbor East Pierhead Light in Ohio, and the Conneaut West Breakwater Lighthouse, also in Ohio. Though he won the auction to buy the Conneaut West Breakwater Lighthouse, according to Lighthouse Digest Zaremba "later declined ownership when he was unable to obtain the required bottom land lease from the state of Ohio."
