Gary Shaw (born 14 November 1950) is owner and CEO of "Southwest Business Associates, Inc.", "Shaw Enterprises L.L.C.", "Dos Padres Mexican Food, Inc."and "MOJO's, Inc." additionally serving as Chairman of the Board of "Western Issues Alliance, Inc.", a non-profit public service entity. "Southwest Business Associates" provides organizational, financial, public relations, facilities and market planning, business development and management services in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah to clientele including Indian Nations, local governments and private business. "Shaw Enterprises" primarily manages and develops Shaw’s private real estate and business portfolio, which includes retail, service, rental, residential sub-divisions, agricultural, gravel mining, game/livestock management and gas production properties in Colorado, California, Oklahoma and New Mexico. "Dos Padres" and "MOJO's" are wholesale and retail food entities.

After law school, Shaw served on the staff of the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D. C., Carl Albert. Returning to his native state of Oklahoma he received his realtor license and became professionally engaged in, government, real estate sales, development and appraisal. Clients included Kerr-McGee, Phillips and other major Oklahoma petrolieum companies including their executive officers. From early-on he has been an avid sportsman and outdoor recreation enthusiast, taking an active role in the family ranching operations, which he still owns, emphasizing sustainable livestock and wildlife management. Shaw’s real estate and management career became defined after his marriage and relocation to Southern California. Initially he served as the Property Development Coordinator and assistant to the Vice President of Real Estate for Security First Real Estate Investment Trust and the affiliated FedMart Corporation, the nations sixth largest retailer. Subsequentially he served as Vice President of Real Estate, Construction and Corporate Facilities becoming responsible for portfolio development for the initial organization of Sunbelt Management Company, a privately held real estate management and development company owned by German retailer and industrialist Hugo Mann. Shaw takes considerable professional pride in having been mentored by and having served individuals with the stature of Carl Albert, "Speaker of the United States House of Representatives", James Sinegal, "CEO of COSTCO", Sol Price, "Founder of the Price Club", Wes Watkins, "Member Unites States Congress" and Hugo Mann, who at that time was reported by the San Diego Union as being the third wealthiest individual in the world.

Prior to his relocating from Southern California to Colorado in order to pursue other business interests and love of outdoor recreation, Shaw served as consultant to Target Stores, a division of Dayton Hudson Corporation for their initial West Coast and Southwest retail property development, acquisitions and leaseholds. Shaw then served as the Executive Director of the Southwestern Colorado Economic Development District, where he directed federal and state economic development programs, including the funding and administration of an extensive regional revolving loan program and multiple enterprise zones. Additionally, his public service included serving as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Summit Water District and as a Member of the Colorado Judicial Nomination Commission. Gary Shaw currently resides with his family in southwest Colorado.
