History

Gainer Donnelly began business as W. Dawson Carter, CPA in 1948. When Mr. Carter retired in 1978, the firm became known as Sam Gainer & Associates. Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.C., was formed in January 1993. On January 1, 2004, Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.C., converted to Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.L.P. Effective December 10th, 2012, Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.L.P. became Gainer Donnelly L.L.P.
