FoodCare originated in San Francisco and now has a 2nd location in the nation's leading center for age-related healthcare research and innovation, Louisville, Kentucky. The company was founded and originally incorporated in February 2012 as FoodCalc Inc. until they rebranded as FoodCare to better reflect their positioning as the leading technology provider at the intersection of the healthcare and foodservice industries.
Products and services
On December 5, 2012 FoodCare launched their consumer nutritional dining app, EveryoneEat! on Andriod for the 150 Million Americans that suffer from chronic diseases, allowing them to make highly informed meal decisions at restaurants around the country. ;
Also in 2012, FoodCare launched their first set of enterprise class solutions: Restaurant Edition, School Edition, Care Edition, Corporate Edition, Dietitian Edition and Food Manufacturer Edition.
