Fever crotch (band)

Fever Crotch is a band from San Diego, California. It consists of Sean O'Donnell (guitar & vocals) and Matt Gourney (percussion & vocals). They play every monday night at The Blarney Stone bar in Claremont, a central suburb of San Diego. The weekly night of music is dubbed "Messed Up Mondays". Sean is also known as "Fever" and Matt is known as "Crotch". The Fever Crotch set begins approximately at 9pm and lasts AbOUT 4 hours. The first Fever Crotch show was on August 14, 2002.

Fever Crotch is primarily a cover / bar band, with their performed songs consisting of songs from the alternative / punk / indie bands of the 1990s. Their performance is always ended with "Livin' on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi.

Occasionally Craig Slike will do an a capella version of the "Bumble Bee Tuna Song" as a breather for Fever Crotch. Other times he will just be Craig.

From approximately April - June 2006 Fever Crotch took a hiatus to allow Sean O'Donnell to record in Los Angeles, CA with his main band Reeve Oliver, who in August 2005 signed with Capitol Records.
