Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning, University of Melbourne
The Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning is a single department faculty of The University of Melbourne, whose areas of teaching and research include architecture, property and construction, landscape architecture, urban design, urban planning and workplace planning and design.
The University introduced Australia’s first studies in architecture in the 1860s and the first full-time architecture course was established in 1927.
The Faculty is organized into four discipline programs, each with professor/s, a Head of Program and an administrative coordinator: Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Property and Construction and Urban Planning.
