ExoSee

ExoSee is a private community-oriented file-sharing program that allows you to download and share files with users all over the world. It allows for both public sharing within the community and private sharing with trusted members only.

ExoSee is unique compared to other file-sharing programs. It has no central server and you can choose your communities based on your own preference. It also supports its own XOC protocol that allows users to post direct links off the web for downloading, where only the owner of the link knows the location of the file.

XOC Download Protocol

XOC is the ExoSee protocol used for downloading XOC-Links that are located on the Web. An xoc-link is a link that has information AbOUT an existing file on the Internet. When you click an xoc-link, the information is automatically decrypted by the ExoSee client. When decrypting is complete, ExoSee knows the real location of the file. Finally downloading process is commenced.

Community Server

ExoSee takes a new, innovative approach to online community hosting. Traditional file-sharing methods for hosting an online community / network / or channel requires the need for a designated computer to act as a mediator. This proves to be a burden on the hosting computer since it has to be constantly online to keep the network alive and open for incoming connections.

Virtual Server eliminates the need for a single designated computer by utilizing the fast high-speed internet and the 24/7/365 online availability of Web-Hosting providers. This new method of community hosting guarantees a stable online connection to the network with virtually zero down-time. The Virtual Server can run on any host that supports PHP and MySQL.
