Eugenia Basheer

Eugenia Basheer is a Ghanaian investment professional and business executive. She serves as the Managing Director of Tesah Capital Limited, where she is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company’s strategic objectives.

Education

Basheer studied at the University of Ghana, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.

Career

Basheer has worked in the Ghanaian financial sector for more than two decades, with experience in capital markets, investment management, and corporate finance. Her professional background includes work in areas such as investment analysis, stock brokerage, money market transactions, and client services.

Before joining Tesah Capital Limited, Basheer worked at New World Asset Management Limited, where she led a team responsible for managing investment portfolios for institutional clients. Among the clients served by the firm was the Ghana National Association of Teachers Teachers’ Fund.

At Tesah Capital Limited, she has been involved in the management and strategic direction of the company’s investment and financial services operations.
