e.surv is a chartered surveyor company based in England, United Kingdom. It is a provider of residential and real estate valuation services.
Company History
E.Surv started business in 1987, when e.surv was part of General Accident, but wasn't formally separated as a business from the Estate Agency division until 1992. In 1999, It rebranded from GA Valuations to become e.surv Chartered Surveyors.
In 2004 e.surv and sister company, YOUR MOVE left Norwich Union to create LSL Property Services PLC. LSL Property Services PLC continued its expansion through the acquisition of Reeds Rains Estate Agency, Homefast Property Lawyers, St Trinity Asset Management (formerly Halifax Corporate Services) and Templeton LPA. In 2006 LSL Property Services was listed on the UK STOCK Exchange in a £220m floatation.
About The Company
e.surv offers real estate valuation services which include two kind of services, customer services and corporate services.The customer services are made to check many aspect of the house, from the current condition to smaller aspect of the house which could be a cause for concern. A detailed report is created, Which will help the customers make a much better decisions related to their house.In customer services, there are seven type of services, some of them are as follows.

Key people
Alison Traversoni
Alison is a director of the Boards of e.surv, Barnwoods and Chancellors Associates and at e.surv, Alison has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since September 2008. She joined the Board as an executive director in May 2010 with overall responsibility for the performance and development of the Group's successful surveying division. She has been with the LSL Group for over 20 years.
Richard Sexton
Richard is the Director of Business Development for e.surv. He joined the LSL Property Services Group in 1991, and has held a number of management positions in Property Services, Asset Management and Valuation Divisions. Richard is a recognised media commentator on behalf of e.surv and the wider group in both main stream and trade press.
Richard Deeprose
Richard Deeprose joined e.surv Chartered Surveyors as Director of Strategy in 2008, having previously held senior positions within Barclays including Managing Director of Ekins Surveyors (a wholly owned subsidiary) and a member of Woolwich Mortgages management team. He has previously worked for corporates' such as Prudential and Merrill Lynch and in private practice estate agency and surveying businesses.
