Errol (Jak and Daxter)

Errol is one of the main villains in the Jak and Daxter series. He was a chief villain in Jak 2 and the main antagonist in Jak 3. He was voiced by David Herman.

Errol, from the first minutes Jak and him met, he has always disliked Jak and Daxter. In Jak 2, he thinks himself as a hero to Haven City. He is a well-known icon in the dystopia as a right-hand man to Baron Praxis, the evil dictator of Haven City. He has a love for Keira which has been Jak's girl since the first game. He is also the top racer of Haven City.

Personality

Errol is cocky and brazen. He thinks himself as the best and is just like Jak in size. He tries to beat Jak and Daxter in each race they have. But when it comes to Praxis, Errol is just like a dog who obeys his master. A loyal man to the Baron and willing to help Praxis squash down the Underground, the organization dedicated to get Praxis off The Throne and defeat the Metal Heads.

Jak 2

Errol is first seen at the beginning when he arrests Jak. He and the Baron torture Jak for a few months, putting Dark Eco into his body for Errol's Dark Warrior system against the Metal Heads. Errol is instructed, after the tests fail, to kill Jak later. But Jak, with the help of Daxter, escape the Prison Fortress of the Baron. Errol is next seen talking to the Metal Head Leader. He, with Baron Praxis, devise A Plan to destroy the Metal Head Leader. Jak and Daxter eavesdrops on this little conversation. Daxter sneezes and Errol pulls out his gun and looks for where the noise came from. It is not until the middle of the game is Errol seen again. He and Jak have their mental fight over Keira beginning. It is not until then, Errol is seen at the Hip Hog Heaven Saloon and after Jak pushes Krew over the limit, Errol challenges Jake to a reckless race in the city using accelator rings. Jak wins but Errol vows to get back at when the big race arrives. At the race, Jak wins the race but Errol decides to mow the two down, Jak reveals that he won the race to Praxis. But it is cut short for a moment because Errol is going to attempt to kill Jak, but runs into eco barrels, [...] himself.

Jak 3

Errol returns back to the picture. Now a cyborg who was more psychopathic than he was a year ago and is seen on a hologram in the Wasteland when Jak picks up a Dark Eco crystal. Errol keeps anonymous until Jak makes it back into Haven City after being banished. He, Daxter, and Torn find out in the Naughty Ottsel (use to be Krew's Hip Hog Heaven Saloon,) on a video that he is now the leader of a new threat in the ensuing war for Haven City. The K.G. Deathbots. Errol shows the two his true form when Jak and Daxter intercept his War Factory in the place where the deceased Praxis's tower use to be. To be a cyborg at least seven feet tall. He sics his K.G. and Dark Makers after Jak and Daxter in an arduous fight in the Factory. Errol escapes and is seen in the Metal Head Tower just before it collapses. Jak and Daxter bring the fight to Errol when Jak destroys the Day Star. Errol jumps in a Dark Maker machine and falls down to the Wasteland where Jak shots down the gems that keep the legs moving. Jak fights Errol's machine cockpit and with five perfect shots of the Peacemaker, on the last one, it completely destroys Errol once and for all.
