Ernest J. Dianastasis
Ernest J. Dianastasis (born, October 8, 1956 is an American entrepreneur known as the CEO of The Precisionists, Inc. (TPI), a national company focused on creating jobs for people with disabilities.
Early life and education
Ernie grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. His father John Dianastasis was a serial entrepreneur who built several businesses including commercial real estate, a private swim club, and a construction company. His mother Despina Vekios Dianastasis stayed home to raise Ernie and his younger sister Maria and brother Nick.
Ernie attended Manheim Township High School, where he recently returned in 2017 to receive their Distinguished Alumni Award. He also holds B.S. Marketing & Finance degree from Lehigh University. He also holds an MBA in Management from the same Lehigh University.
Career
Ernest J. Dianastasis is known as a transformative leader in several ways. He was the managing director, Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI), one of the Delaware Valley’s largest IT consulting company.
Ernie is the CEO of Precisionists, Inc. (TPI), a national company that is focused on transforming the corporate workplace to utilize people with disabilities for a better bottom line, by leveraging their abilities versus their disability. TPI is focused on employing over 10,000 people with disabilities by the year 2025.
Ernie leads a major initiative in the State of Delaware to transform the public education system, and as board chairman of First State Innovation, is leading an effort to accelerate the growth of Delaware’s entrepreneurial economy.
