This page is dedicated to identifying Football Grounds throughout the British Isles that are at risk of either major redevelopment or demolition and/or misuse. Each football ground listed is categorised into the following categories:

• Red (football ground has a confirmed closure date)
• Red/Amber (football ground is confirmed to be closed in the near future, but a date hasn't been set)
• Amber (plans are afoot to close or majorly change the football ground)

Red Football Grounds

Grounds that have been confirmed to be closing soon are:

• Upton Park home of West Ham United at the end of the 2015/16 season

Red/Amber Football Grounds

• White Hart Lane home of Tottenham Hotspur is likely to be demolished at the end of the 2015/16 season

Amber Football Grounds

• Champion Hill home of Dulwich Hamlet is currently under consultation to be turned into a residential development, with the team moving to a patch of land next door
