History
DualEntry was founded in 2024 by Santiago Nestares and Benedict Dohmen. The platform provides tools for transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, and financial data processing. It includes features for migrating historical financial data from legacy systems. DualEntry has SOC 2 Type I and Type II certification and complies with IFRS, GAAP, GDPR, and CCPA.
In May 2024, the company raised $6 million in seed funding led by Contrary, Carya Venture Partners, and Ludlow Ventures.
In September 2025, DualEntry raised $90 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Khosla Ventures, with participation from Google Ventures and Contrary, valuing the company at approximately $415 million.
