DRISK a real-time tool for monitoring risks involved in trading, DRISK the Risk Management Information System was developed by Kapp Software Pvt. Ltd. which is an information technology service industry located in India, the risk management information system had been targeted to financial markets & institutions, brokerage firms, fund managers, exchanges and online traders.
Risk permissions were controlled by the brokerage firm risk administrators or by the exchange who can define the user permissions. The administrators are the admonishers of the traders and monitors the trade pattern and defines the order types available for trading and also can create and risk status of all users.
Risk limits of all or pre-defined users having appropriate threshold levels for issuing alerts are predetermined. DRISK is primarily in use for pre and post trade risk management to ensure traders can operate within the parameters specified by risk administrators.
