Dr. Deepak S. S. Subrahmanyam Siddavaram, commonly known as Dr. Deepak Siddavaram, is an Indian physician specialising in internal medicine, cardiology and critical care. He is the founder chairman and managing director of Saideep Hospital in Ahilyanagar (formerly Ahmednagar), Maharashtra, India. He began practising medicine in the city in 1979 and has been associated with the development of cardiac care, critical care and diagnostic services in the region.
Early life and education
According to his professional biography, Siddavaram was born on 24 August 1950 in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Medicine at B. J. Medical College, Pune, in the 1969–1978 period.
He subsequently undertook specialised training in cardiology, critical care and echocardiography at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, United States, and Northwick Park Hospital in London, United Kingdom.

Siddavaram began practising in Ahilyanagar in January 1979 as a consultant physician. Siddavaram continued as chairman under the partnership.
