David Scott (born late 1980's) is an Irish author and an online content creator.

Early life and education

Born in Belfast, Scott went through an integrated education.

Career

Scott wrote and created videos for TheNerdx where he met Egerton Sinclaire, and later both would found the entertainment website InfinityCast. He would host Video Nasty and Game Night.

In 2022 Scott published his first novel, A Bloody Good Massacre, in collaboration with his friend and editor, Adam Kelly.

Scott has made a name for himself as an independent online personality via streaming on Twitch and YouTube under the moniker thisisntmycoat.

Personal Life

Scott is an outspoken supporter of LGBTQA+ rights and publicly appears to be left-wing leaning. He is married to Margaret Black, with no children.
