Cost Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd (CCS) is a Sri Lankan quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy firm headquartered in Battaramulla, Sri Lanka. Established in 1987, the company provides professional services in quantity surveying, cost planning, project cost management, tender documentation, contract administration and construction consultancy for public and private sector developments. The firm is recognised as the first ISO-certified quantity surveying company in Sri Lanka and was established and is operated by Sri Lankan professionals.
History
Cost Consultancy Services was established in 1987 as a professional partnership by experienced quantity surveying practitioners with the objective of providing independent construction cost consultancy services in Sri Lanka. In 1994, the organisation was incorporated as Cost Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd, expanding its operations and client base across both local and international markets.
Since its establishment, the company has provided consultancy services for commercial, residential, institutional, hospitality, healthcare and infrastructure developments. It has collaborated with architects, engineers, government institutions, and private developers on projects requiring professional quantity surveying and cost management expertise.
