Colder Places is the debut studio album by British groove metal band Hands of Attrition, released in 2020.
Background
Initially recording began in 2019, resulting in They Come at Night and I'm Gone being released as singles.
In 2020, the band entered the studio to write and record the rest of the album.
The album centers around mental health and the impact of self-doubt, depression, addiction and tragedy.
The album was mixed and mastered by longstanding producer, former Sikth vocalist Justin Hill. The artwork was designed by artist Arabella Eugenie de Cadenet.
