CJPI is an executive search and management consulting company based in London, working with clients globally. It serves clients through executive search, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
In 2023, the firm managed the appointment of the first female general secretary for the British Airline Pilots' Association (BALPA). It has also provided consulting services for charity projects involving Sir Richard Branson.
History
CJPI was founded in 2021 by Chris Percival, who is a Fellow of Institute of Leadership and entrepreneur.
The firm is a signatory to the Government of the United Kingdom's Voluntary Code for Executive Search Firms which seeks to improve diversity on corporate boards.
Notable work by CJPI includes the 2023 search for a General Secretary for BALPA, who are the professional association and registered trade union, representing over 85% of all commercial pilots flying in the UK. The firm managed the appointment of BALPA's first female general secretary.
The firm has also reportedly provided consulting for Sir Richard Bransons charity trek to the Arctic Lapland.
