Christopher Ezeafulukwe

Christopher Ezeafulukwe is a Nigerian business executive. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Transcorp Energy. He was previously the Managing Director/CEO of Transcorp Power and Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc.

Early life and education

Ezeafulukwe was born in Nigeria in 1970. He holds a LL.B degree from the University of Lagos, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.M from the University of Lagos. He also holds an LL.M in Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston. Ezeafulukwe is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School and IESE Business School.

Career

Ezeafulukwe was appointed executive director, Business Development and Legal at Transnational Corporation in June 2018. Before Transcorp Group, he was the company secretary of Bank PHB Plc (now Keystone Bank Limited).

He was appointed as the MD/CEO of Abuja Electricity Distribution in August 2023 before being the Managing Director/CEO of Transcorp Energy.
