The Chartered Institute of Professional Financial Managers (CIPFM) is chartered under the laws of the United States and has its headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. The CIPFM operates globally offering its qualifications through its affiliates and regional offices. It currently has such regional offices in Europe and Africa.
