Charlotte Odusanya
Charlotte Odusanya is an American actress.
Early life and education
Odusanya was born in Portland, Oregon. In 2019 she competed in season 17 of American Idol, performing for the judges in Hollywood while she was a high school senior. She attended Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, and majored in MusicAL theatre.
Career
In 2022 Odusanya played Crystal in Little Shop of Horrors at the North Shore Music Theatre. She later toured in Rent as part of the ensemble. and appeared in off-Broadway production of Who is Jimmy Pants? at York Theatre in New York in March 2025.
From April to May 2025 she played the role of Lorell in Dreamgirls at the White Plains Performing Arts Center in New York State. In 2026 Odusanya joined the cast of the North American tour of The Wiz in the ensemble.
Odusanya played Lily Rose in a fully staged workshop of Midnight in London in 2025 and is set to return to this role off Broadway in September 2026 at the Daryl Roth Theatre.
