Charles Reed (singer)
Charles Reed is an American Singer. He Is best Known for his Single "Jook Wit Me featuring Miami rappers D-Shep and Ballgreezy. It became a soundtrack to the Miami Dance Scene. His debut Mixtape "Luvers Lane" came out Valentines day 2013.
Early life and education
Reed was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Adrienne and Charles Jr. Reeds dad and Uncle managed a popular singing group in Cleveland, that made Charles catch the tune early. At Age 4 He started singing in church with his mother, but It wasn't until he saw a his older cousin sing in the play of Wizard of OZ that he wanted to go full force with his dream.
At age 12 Charles, his brother and cousin formed a Singing/Rap group named Adrenalyn Rush. Performing on festivals and venues across the country. Winning best underground Hip-Hop Group in 2000, in their region. This is what made him comfortable with the stage early. After High School the group debanded and Charles Went on to pursue his gift.
Wanting to know more AbOUT the technical and business end of music in 2006 Reed moved to Orlando, Fl to attend Full Sail University studying Recording arts.
It wasn't until 2007 that he was he teamed up with his Production team: Da SUPA Starz.
MusicAL career
His first Song Fallin' Ft. Ace Hood was debuted and announced by Dj Khaled on 99 Jamz in June 2008, That hit Radio stations across the country but due to income purposes independently charles and his team didn't have the income to push further with the record and it seemed to be the same with his record "Jook Wit Me that took off in 2010 with no budget.
Featuring on Albums Like Dj Khaleds - We Are The Best on 50ft. with Cash Money Artist Brisco and Brisco's Keep It 100 invited him to more Listeners.
Not letting anything slow down Charles, Luvers Lane was released on February 14, 2013 with a video for "Think That" released the following month. learning from the past Charles is Currently working on his EP "ME" and LP "Charles In Charge" Coming soon
